Refund policy

At LocalPrice.in, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected
  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refund method:
    • Prepaid orders → Original payment method
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Bank transfer / UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer free replacement
  • Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), shipping is free
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (you may request a return after delivery)
