1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone/WhatsApp may be required before dispatch.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
    • Non-metro / rural areas: 4–8 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier delays
    • Festivals or high-demand periods

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable areas.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • Tracking ID
    • Courier partner details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the customer is unavailable:
    • The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Re-shipping may require additional charges.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details.
  • Fake or unverified COD orders may be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to limit or block COD for certain users or locations.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us.
  • In case of lost shipments:
    • We will investigate with the courier partner
    • Replacement or refund will be provided as applicable

9. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package:
    • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged
    • Or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours
  • Claims without proof may not be accepted.

10. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
